Membership Terms & Conditions

1. INTRODUCTION
  • By taking out a Dragon Club Membership you accept these Club Membership terms and conditions and our health and safety rules of play. 
  • All Club Members are required to have their photo taken on their first member visit to validate their Club Membership ID card on entry. 
2. PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • If you are paying for your Club Membership monthly for 12 months, you are committing to make a minimum of 12 monthly consecutive payments. Payments will continue to be taken until you cancel your payment with your Bank or Building Society.  
  • Should payments be interrupted, your Club Membership will be revoked, and the outstanding balance pursued. 
  • Should it not be possible to collect your payment due to insufficient funds, your Club Membership will immediately be put ‘on hold’ and your ID card will not be accepted at admissions for entry. 
  • Should it not be possible to collect your payment due to insufficient funds for two months in a row, your Club Membership will be revoked, and it will not be possible to reapply for a monthly Club Membership. 
  • Should you visit during a period when your Club Membership is on hold as a result of your payment not being collected due to insufficient funds, you will not be able to enter as a Dragon Club Member and you will be required to pay the normal session admission charge. 
3. CHILDRENS ID CARDS & ENTRANCE TO THE PARK
  • Club Memberships can only be used when the named child/children/dragons are attendance. 
  • Each Dragon Club Member will be issued his or her own ID Club Membership Card. 
  • Club Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be sold or given away to a third party. 
  • Club Membership is non-refundable. 
  • The authorised Dragon Club Member must show their Membership ID Card at the entrance each time they visit. 
  • Club Members under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. 
  • Photocopies of Membership ID Cards will not be accepted. 
  • All Dragon Club Membership ID Cards are still the property of Charlie Park and can be withdrawn in case of fraud and misuse. 
  • Failure to present a valid Club Membership ID Card will result in a charge of the walk-in admission rate. 
  • Lost Club Membership ID Cards should be reported to a member of the team at once. In the event of a lost Membership ID Card, we will re-issue a replacement card and charge an administration fee of £5.00 per card. 
4. ADDITIONAL TERMS
  • Entry remains on a first come, first served basis.
  • Pre bookings are a must to avoid disappointment. 
  • Charlie Park reserves the right to close part of or all of the facilities within the venue at any given time without prior notice or compensation.
5. REFUNDS
  • Events are subject to change without notice and no refunds or compensation is paid should our site close due to circumstances beyond its control.  
6. WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA

If you are not a registered member at Charlie Park, there is no personal information we can retain or view regarding yourself.

If you are a Member with a registered account, your personal information can be accessed by:

  • Our system administrators.
  • Our supporters when they (in order to provide support) need to get the information about the client accounts and access.
7. HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA
  • For as long as you remain a member and 12 months after unless you request otherwise..
8. AMENDMENTS
  • Charlie Park reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions from time to time with one months’ notice sent to all club members via email.
