1. INTRODUCTION
- Before purchasing a session at Charlie Park, please fully read this safety policy and on entering our premises, all are bound by its terms.
2. SAFETY POLICY & RULES OF PLAY
- Management reserve the right to refuse entry.
- All children should be supervised by an adult 100% of the time.
- It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to supervise and accompany children for the full duration of their time at Charlie Park.
- Charlie Park provides clear instructions to customers and employees on how to remain safe on the premises.
- Whilst Charlie Park will mitigate against risk of injury we cannot accept responsibility, howsoever caused.
- Charlie Park cannot accept any responsibility for any accidents that occur due to unsupervised play.
- All height and age restrictions imposed by the management must be adhered to at all times.
- Charlie Park cannot accept liability for loss or damage of personal items on Charlie Park premises.
- Jewellery is worn at your own risk. If you are wearing glasses, particular care should be taken.
- Parents/guardians must ensure that children do not become overheated.
- Children who are unwell should not use the equipment.
- Children are advised to wear suitable clothing i.e., trousers, long sleeved shirts and socks.
- No running around the outside of the play i.e., near the cafe or toilets.
- No smoking. No e-cigarettes.
- No food or drink is to be taken into any of the play structures.
- Only food and drink purchased at Snapdragon Café within Charlie Park may be consumed on the premises.
3. AMENDMENTS
We may amend this Safety Policy and update our Rules of Play from time to time.
When we amend this Policy Policy, we will update this page accordingly. We will require you to accept the amendments in order to be permitted to continue using our services.
